Hiking in the Zillertal Arena: Zell im Zillertal, Gerlos, Königsleiten/Wald and Krimml/Hochkrimml – these four holiday resorts connect the Zillertal Alps with Salzburg’s Pinzgau region along a 400 kilometre-long network of hiking trails. Spruce Lake


From summer 2020, the Spruce Lake will be in full bloom and the ideal place to improve the wood-lake balance! A highlight will be the pleasant, buggy-friendly ‘Alm walk’, which links the Spruce Tree Castle with Spruce Lake and the Rosenalmbahn mountain station. There are also modern sanitary facilities to ensure that bathers can enjoy the lake in comfort. Other additional attractions such as stand-up paddle rental, diving platforms, shaded areas and much more, complete the Spruce Lake offering.

Leisure Park


 At Leisure Park Zell am Ziller, which is located right in the village on Zillerpromenade, you can find every kind of leisure activity you can think of for both young and old visitors. The complex comprises an area of over 45,000 m², including an adventure swimming pool with sports pool and giant slide, as well as tennis courts, a bowling alley, a beach volleyball court and much more. The highlight is certainly the adventure mini golf course called “The Treasures of the Zillertal” with a large adventure playground right next to it.
